Queensway Retirement Village - Leamington Spa

One of our more recent housing projects was “The Queensway Retirement Village, Leamington Spa,” undertaken for the main Contractor, Deeley Construction.

This was a 179 bed facility which involved wall tiling to all kitchens & showers within the apartments as well as extensive wall & floor tiling works to the main communal areas.

The project was successfully completed early 2015.
